Rebuilt Hyundai i30 Diesel Replacement Engine

Once in every few years a cost effective Korean car arrives that further closes the gap between South East Asia and the best of Europe. The Hyundai i30 is the latest such car and it has a class best CRDi diesel engine available. Of course they offer gas engines too, but the diesel motor is very interesting.

I have to mention this, we are one of the few suppliers to service this engine now. You won’t have to wait for your engine, it’s immediately available for delivery upon completion of order. If you Need a Hyundai i30 Diesel replacement engine remanufactured beyond expectations for a fair price, call. We are DieselEngines.co.

Fire up the Hyundai i30 CRDi diesel engine and you’ll notice it’s lack of diesel clatter at idle. There are two versions of the diesel engine, the main one generating 113 hp from 1.6 liters of displacement and the larger 128 hp 2.0 liter diesel to top off the range. The 1.6 liter diesel I read a report on is a very well-mannered unit with no unsavory turbo lag and lunge effects.

CRDI is an acronym for common rail direst injection. The type of fuel system diesel engines use. Both the 1.6 liter engine and 2.0 liter engine use it.

To the point, the 1.6 liter turbo-diesel has max torque at 1900 – 2750 rpm, which is the best measurement of power in a  diesel engine. My understanding are those figures lend themselves to excellent real-world driving performance, with plenty of low end power. Fuel consumption  is an amazing 4.7 liters/100km  for the manual transmission model, the auto trans cars are much thirstier.

What is the likelihood of having an engine failure in such a new car? It’s unlikely in the first place, and many of them are under warranty, at least time wise. So to have an engine failure would almost have to be drivers error. Something like an overheated engine, with the driver not noticing the temp gauge. Or a massive oil leak,  without noticing the engine oil gauge. Unlikely, but it happens.

If such an occurrence happens, you can’t be mad at the car, and you should not take it out on the car. What I mean is to learn from the incident, and buy another engine fitting for such a nice car that is very afrefurbished fordable. It would not be right to buy an inferior product because you are angry.
